Kim Zapalac
I am the current owner/broker of Bill Johnson and Associates Real Estate. My husband, Steve, and I bought the company in 2016, and we strive to provide the high-quality and personalized service the company has been well-known for over the last 50 years. After graduating from college, Steve and I moved back to what we know as home, Austin County. Following a 22-year career in teaching, I dove into the real estate world and have fallen in love with helping people with all their real estate needs. I feel my knowledge of the area and the experiences of having lived here all my life give me an edge in assisting sellers and buyers, as well as the enthusiasm needed to provide the best services possible.
If you can’t reach me at the office, Steve and I could be enjoying time with friends and family, including our two children, Jordan and Brady. We are proud to be members of this community and are avid supporters of many events and causes in Bellville and the surrounding areas. My desire is to make my home your home!
