Shannon Ward has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016, bringing nearly a decade of experience in luxury homes and new construction to every client she serves. Her deep understanding of the home-building process, combined with her eye for design, allows her to help clients see the true potential in every property — whether they’re buying, selling, or building from the ground up.
For the past five years, Shannon has focused on her interior design company, where she has managed full-scale residential remodels and new construction projects. This dual expertise in both real estate and design gives her a unique perspective and enables her to guide clients seamlessly from concept to closing.
Born and raised in Sealy, Texas, Shannon continues to call her hometown home. She attended the University of Houston and has built strong relationships throughout the surrounding communities. When she’s not working with clients, Shannon enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing, reading a good book, or cooking for her family.
Balancing her professional life with motherhood, Shannon is proud to be raising two children — one who’s learning to walk and another who’s learning to drive — a testament to her ability to juggle life’s many adventures with patience, passion, and heart.
